Description

Set of Seven Handcarved Tibetan Yonchap

Our seven offering bowls(also Yonchap in Tibetan) set shows unique Nepali craftsmanship made by very skillful artists of Nepal. These bowls are made from copper and brass and are beautifully engraved with flower details that will make a beautiful addition to your meditation shrine.

You can place these 7 bowls of offerings in your shrine and fill them with water every day to accumulate virtues and merit. This is a way to seek God's guidance through prayer, confession, weakness, and celebrating the goodness of all things. The ritual also includes removing the bowls at the end of each day, after the offering, or any time before sunset.

As a ritual practice, one makes water offerings with these seven sets of offering bowls to the Buddha in the early mornings. To complete the ritual practice, you ought to remove the bowls at the end of each day, after offering, any time before sunset.
